Officer of the Month Criteria:
1. Must have performed noteworthy/meritorious service as a security guard law or Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) with a community based organization, or for AGA itself such as:
2. Must have taken at least one or more certification classes with Alliance Group Affiliates (AGA) within the past calendar year to be eligible to apply for the award.
2. Must have performed noteworthy/meritorious service as a security guard law or LEO with/for a community based organization.
3. Must have performed noteworthy/meritorious service as a security guard law or LEO for AGA itself such as:
(a) volunteering to help AGA continue its programs in any number of ways including assisting staff trainers in teaching specialized courses like FREE Women's Self Defense Program.
(b) Referrals of students to AGA training courses such as NYS security guard courses, CPR, Bodyguard, Tactical Self Defense, active shooter and advanced in-service courses for schools, organizations, corporations and other entities.
(c) Collection and distribution of toys and food to the families of deployed US military service members, persons in need in the community including veterans, homeless and abused women and children with AGA or its partner organizations.
Officer of the Year Criteria:
1. Officer of the Year will be selected from a pool of Officer of the Month winners with the most noteworthy accomplishment(s) and /or outstanding record.
